We're looking for a project lead with extensive experience using PM methodology. You'll need to show excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to translate complex information into something understandable for a wide range of stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as IT project manager for high‑priority initiatives driving them from initiation to successful delivery.Acts as a visible change agent, role‑modelling desired behaviors and actively fostering a collaborative, innovative and continuous‑improvement culture within IT and across the business.Lead change process analysis and optimization initiatives across IT enhancing reporting by enriching it with meaningful data, insights and performance indicators.Strong focus on communication across multiple audiences to ensure continuous knowledge sharing and information flow.Ensure a demand management process is defined and track granting cross‑program dependencies are managed effectively.Collect, analyze and present the information for KPIs related to Project status, Finance & Efficiency, IT Operations, IT Continuity, IT Risk, IT Vendor.Define documents and implement standard procedures, policies and workflows across the IT department to ensure efficient, compliant and consistent service delivery.Analyze and interpret financial data, manage costs and deliver accurate reports.Facilitate exchanges between countries to share best practices and foster collaboration.Promote a culture of continuous improvement in project delivery.BackgroundBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Computer science, Information Systems, or other related field.At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in successful project management. PMI PMP Certified or successful completion of a recognized large project management curriculum would be a must.Proven knowledge of IT project applications and expert‑level skills in MS365 applications.Proficiency in process design and analysis.Expertise in Gas market and processes would be a plus.Required skillsFull professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
