As IT Process Lead, you strengthen IT to deliver scalable, compliant-by-design services with minimal overhead. You will partner with IT teams, lead IT process specialists, and ensure audit-relevant processes are effective and efficient without slowing delivery. You act as a pragmatic link between risk, audit, and engineering, prioritizing enablement while enforcing controls when needed. You will shape the IT control framework and drive improvements in high‑risk, audit-heavy processes, with a strong focus on delivery speed and regulatory demand.
