We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team for a multinational leader in the insurance and financial services sector. Key Responsibilities: • Lead complex IT and business transformation projects from initiation to closure. • Ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resources and dependencies. • Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables following PMO governance. • Provide regular status reports and presentations to senior stakeholders. • Manage risks, issues, and changes proactively throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate multidisciplinary and distributed teams, including external vendors and offshore partners. • Ensure high-quality delivery through robust quality assurance processes. • Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices in project management. Skills: Essential: • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and multiple workstreams simultaneously. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • High level of English, both written and spoken. Desirable: • Experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, or ServiceNow SPM. • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and cloud-based environments. • Experience in end-to-end project implementations and user testing coordination. • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar). • Knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, German, or Italian.
