In charge of answering client needs by identifying and assessing qualified candidates globally that matches the defined client´s job profiles.
To reach that objective, the Senior Consultant creates, engages and develops talent pools of active candidates and identified, by targeted sourcing, passive potential candidates adapted with the specific job requirements.
Candidate's recruitmentMasters the use of social media, job-boards, Cvs banks and candidate´s databases in order to attract targeted profiles.
Organizes the tests if required into the specifications.
Executes the reference checking in order to validate the experiences and sills of the targeted candidates. (Ensure candidate follow-up (following-up, monitoring expectations and timings…) Transmits all relevant and necessary information to the Project Manager or Team Leader and propose solutions to improve the quality and productivity of the service
Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR. Master's Degree will be an added value.
Spanish and English, third European language is highly valued.
