Your Role And Work Environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our Recruitment Team.
Your Key Responsibilities
Help hiring managers defining their recruitment needs and the best strategy to approach them.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions of those needs.
From day one, you'll be entrusted with the entire recruitment lifecycle including: sourcing applicants to offer stage, managing stakeholders and meeting with them on a regular basis to provide proactive updates.
Select appropriate tools and channels of recruitment, allowing the employment of the staff.
Source candidates directly through websites and other social media sites.
Develop recruitment projects with a creative use of existing market opportunities to reach candidates.
Initial screening of applicants, telephone, and face-to-face interviews.
Facilitate and coordinate candidate testing and interviews.
Living within their ecosystem you will provide regular feedback to hiring managers.
Create long term relationship with key talent communities/niches on the technical arena.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of needs.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-Art recruiting practices.
Raise and increase the brand awareness in the market and inside the company.
Collaborate with Communication team to enhance the employer brand and help us positioning as best-class employer in IT market.
Improve the reputation and the positioning of the brand participating in certifications, recognitions, and events.
