IT Risk SpecialistAt ING we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Risk Specialist to join our Tech Services Team as part of the IT Cloud and Tech Foundations. Your role is to contribute to business risk and control functions to ensure that ING's activities are in line with regulatory requirements and run smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising the business in the 1st and 2nd Line of Defence, promoting awareness of the concept of "Making a Safer Bank" so that business risks are understood, managed and mitigated.Working with squads to promote awareness, advise and challenge on risks and steer them until evidence of mitigation is approved.Performing key control testing to prove that controls are within the standards of the organization’s risk appetite.Following up the backlog speed in risk mitigation activities to prioritize actions.Supporting business management (risk owner) in controlling their IT risk issues and controls.Reporting metrics of the organization’s assets to the local Center of Expertise (CoE).Coordinating IT risk activities among different squads and collaborating with colleagues to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.QualificationsMandatoryProactively advise colleagues in departments on IT risk.Work with other departments to establish a strong risk‑aware culture.Develop IT‑related risk policies with simple and strong guidance.Report on IT risk themes to governance bodies, establishing an integrated risk view.Drive IT Risk & Security Control implementation.Coordinate tasks across different squads with Product Owners, prioritizing and anticipating impact on backlogs.DesirableExtensive experience in both IT Security and IT Risk.Track record of consulting/advising.Certification or proven skills in Security and Risk (CISSP, CISM, CGEIT or CRISC).BenefitsFlexible work model: work from home or in office based on needs.Restaurant card and on‑site amenities such as electric mobility solutions, medical services, hairdresser, gym.Health insurance covering employee and family.Life insurance.Flexible remuneration model providing access to services such as nursery, transport card and training aids.Free company shuttle with multiple routes.Banking benefits: special loans, mortgage conditions, pension plan after 1 month.Employee well‑being programs (physiotherapy, clinics, Gympass).
