Experteer Overview In this role you will provide front-line IT support to Bain employees, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, AV, and connectivity. You’ll manage user accounts, security, and onboarding, while supporting meetings, trainings, and leadership events. Your work enables teams to stay productive and secure as Bain scales its technology footprint. You will mentor juniors and drive user adoption of Bain technologies in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Provide front-line support for hardware, software, AV, and connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and upgrade firm-standard applications and operating systems
- Troubleshoot and escalate complex problems to specialized IT teams
- Support and oversee meeting room technology and videoconferencing systems
- Test and mitigate risks for conferences, trainings, and leadership events
- Maintain asset records, inventory, repairs, and lifecycle management
- Manage user accounts, access rights, onboarding/offboarding per Bain policies
- Enforce IT security policies and best practices across the office
- Coordinate repairs with external vendors and test patches/upgrades
- Monitor backups and validate data integrity for business continuity
- Identify opportunities to improve local IT processes and user experience
- Assist with onboarding and mentoring junior team members
- Lead in-person and virtual training sessions to promote self-sufficiency in Bain technologiesResponsabilidades
- 3+ years in a technical support or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English (B1-B2)
- Demonstrated interest in technology and ability to resolve technical issues
- Strong time management and ability to juggle priorities
- Calm, analytical troubleshooting approach
- Team-oriented with willingness to support others
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, vocational training, or relevant IT certifications
- Ability to occasionally work extended hours incl. evenings and weekendsRequisitos principales
