Experteer Overview In this role you will shape and manage the virtualization and Wintel infrastructure to support Grifols’ global IT landscape. You will serve as the Technical Product Owner for core platforms, driving roadmaps, improvements, and best practices. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate with providers, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure reliable, scalable systems that underpin critical healthcare operations. - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving skills

- Polyvalent, eager to learn and adapt
- Deep operational knowledge in high-availability environments (e.G., Stretched Clusters, Disaster Recovery)
- Technical knowledge of Wintel technologies (Windows Server, Clusters, Windows Admin Center) and related services (DNS, DFS, NAS, File Service, IIS, FTP, Printer)
- Experience with Automation and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Strong server hardware knowledge; SME / senior specialistexperience
- In-depth knowledge of VMware and Nutanix, Wintel and infrastructure best practices
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash)
- Knowledge of Networks, Security, Storage, and Backup systems
