Your efforts will have a meaningful influence on our gaming products, making sure they are fun and immersive. As a Junior Animator, you will partner closely with designers and programmers to bring our games alive through smooth visuals and striking animations.What You'll DoContribute at all levels of the art production pipeline, from conceptualizing game builds to final game art.Maintain organized, layered files and asset storage.Work closely with the Art Director and team to develop artistically and professionally.Understand and apply the rules of animation to your work.Develop the modeling, texturing, and lighting of 2D and/or 3D objects and scenes.Develop original 2D and/or 3D animated content and graphics.Understand storyboards and build Animatics for game workflows.What We're Looking ForAssociate’s degree in art build, animation, or a related field.Intermediate-level skills in animation.Proven experience with animation tools and techniques, as shown in your portfolio.Previous experience in the gaming industry is a plus.Proficiency in Photoshop and After Effects, including plug-ins like Red Giant and/or Video-Copilot.Experience with Autodesk Maya and similar 3D art software; intermediate skills in 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, and animation are advantageous.Knowledge of storyboarding, video production, and 2D/3D animation.Ability to break down animation assets needed per task and provide accurate estimates.Outstanding abilities in drawing, illustration, and composition are an advantage.Strong English communication skills, ability to handle stress, multi-task, and meet deadlines.Why Aristocrat?Aristocrat is a world leader in gaming content and technology, and a top-tier publisher of free-to-play mobile games.
