Experteer Overview As Junior Brand Manager in Madrid you will support translating regional category strategy into Spain-specific channel and customer plans, driving trade marketing efforts to grow net sales and market share. You will coordinate with local, regional, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, focusing on shopper insights, POS materials, pricing support, and forecasting. This role is a trade-focused position that offers exposure to regional materials and cross-border collaboration, with a weekly remote-work option.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Manage net sales and market shares for the category in Spain
- Translate regional category strategy into channel and customer plans
- Identify shopper insights and convert them into action at the point of sale
- Manage annual equity
- Build and implement conversion marketing activities
- Develop and monitor campaign point-of-sale materials
- Support Senior Brand Manager in pricing strategy
- Support Senior Brand Manager in accurate forecast via local S&OP
- Develop trade presentations leveraging regional materials
- For main customers, create tailored growth plans leveraging assortment, promotions, merchandising and marketing activation
- Present innovation reviews to major customers with category managerResponsabilidades
- Master or equivalent university degree in Business or related field
- Min 2 years' experience in Trade/Customer Marketing, CatMan or Sales
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Fully mobile (short and long term)
- Proficient Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in FMCG or Retailer is a plus
- Experience using market data/panels (e.G. AC Nielsen)
- Ability to handle ambiguity in a complex environment
- Drive for results with initiative and speed
- Strong presentation and analytical skills
- Organizational and planning skills with multi-tasking and prioritization
- Team player with the ability to build relationships across levels and functions
