Persán, a multinational home and personal care products company, is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage national key accounts and drive commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead negotiation and execution of comprehensive annual commercial plans with assigned national key accounts, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial policy.
Take full P&L responsibility for the assigned portfolio, focusing on maximizing account profitability and strategically managing trade spending, promotions, and commercial tariffs.
Design, implement, and track promotional calendars and trade marketing activities across national accounts to optimize sales volume, market share, and efficiency.
Actively identify and prospect potential new partners at a national level.
Conduct continuous market surveillance focusing on competitor activities, category trends, and shifts in customer strategy to inform and adapt negotiation approaches and commercial plans.
Academic Background
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Engineering, or related field.
Master’s degree in Sales, Commercial, or Marketing (preferred).
Language Skills
High level of English (at least C1).
Additional language a plus.
Technical Skills
At least 3-4 years of experience in FMCG.
At least 1 year as a Key Account Manager.
Knowledge of commercial planning and budgeting.
Capability in calculating and negotiating margins, costings, and commercial tariffs to ensure profitability.
Familiarity with supply chain, production cycles, and logistics.
Proven ability to analyze market assortment.
