We combine talent, commitment, and technology to drive innovation and sustainability.Role: Key Account Manager – Southern RegionKAM Regional Main Responsibilities:Lead development and execution of tailored commercial plans for all Key Accounts in the Southern region, ensuring profitable growth and adherence to the Group Commercial Policy.Cultivate and strengthen long‑term stable relationships with key retail partners and buyers, positioning the company as a strategic Private Label supplier.Drive volume and revenue growth by actively identifying and securing opportunities to expand the product portfolio (SKU listings) within existing and new customer accounts.Conduct deep market analysis and track sales performance (budget vs. actual) to provide strategic insights and ensure attainment of annual sales targets.Academic BackgroundUniversity Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Engineering or similar.Master's Degree in Sales, Commercial or Marketing (preferred).Required Knowledge & ExperienceAt least 3–4 years of experience in FMCG.At least 1 year as KAM.Knowledge in commercial planning and budgeting.Ability to calculate and negotiate margins, costings, and commercial tariffs to ensure profitability.Familiarity with supply chain, production cycles, and logistics.Proven ability to analyze market assortment.Language SkillsHigh level of English (at least C1).Other language(s) a plus.Soft SkillsCommunication, analytic, leadership, negotiation, active listening.Ability to work under pressure, results-oriented, innovative, problem-solving.BenefitsProfessional development with Career Plans created based on your ambition and potential.Dynamic teamwork environment.Annual training plans.Flexible remuneration and social benefits.International projects in constant expansion.
