This role will focus on managing and expanding a portfolio of top tier pharma and biotech accounts, supporting preclinical safety and IND-enabling programs.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow a portfolio oftop 10–15 strategic drug safety accountsacross Southern EuropeDevelop and executeaccount strategiesto drive revenue growth and long-term partnershipsIdentify and secure opportunities acrosstoxicology, safety pharmacology, and IND-enabling studiesAct as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning scientific capabilities withdrug development pipelinesLead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes fromopportunity identification through to contract executionCollaborate cross-functionally with scientific, operational, and leadership teams to deliver tailored solutionsRepresent the organization at key industry events and maintain strong market visibilityCandidate ProfileProven experience inCRO sales or drug safety / preclinical servicesStrong track xcskxlj record managinglarge, strategic accounts within pharma/biotechSolid understanding of thedrug development lifecycle , particularly preclinical safety assessmentCommercially driven with experience closinghigh-value, multi-study programsExcellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English; additional Southern European languages advantageous#J-18808-Ljbffr
