Through meaningful innovation, we help clinicians make confident decisions and deliver better care to more people.As a Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening strategic customer partnerships in the assigned area (Galicia and Asturias) while ensuring excellence in commercial execution. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will drive sustainable growth, elevate the customer experience, and contribute to strong business performance across the Precision Diagnosis, Image Guided Therapy, Ultrasound and Informatics portfolio.Your role- Strategic Account Partnership – Build long‑term customer relationships, align account plans with portfolio strategy, and drive value creation.- Cross‑Functional Coordination – Orchestrate Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver a unified customer experience.- Commercial Process Leadership – Manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, performance reporting, and margin realization with strong governance.- Operational Excellence – Systematically analysing and reporting sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.You’re the right fit if- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.- Extensive proven experience in a sales or account management role within the Healthcare or Medical Devices industry, preferably with big imaging systems.- Ability to independently manage local accounts, coordinate necessary actions, and ensure timely achievement of results.- Strong analytical capabilities and operational management skills.- Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.- Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.- Fluent Spanish and strong English proficiency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
