Key Account Manager (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
Drive sustainable growth of the assigned customer portfolio by developing and executing annual business plans, managing key accounts, distribution, and category development in line with company strategy.
Lead commercial negotiations and ensure profitable implementation of trading terms, while managing new product listings with optimal positioning and alignment with marketing and promotional plans.
Plan and execute promotional and trade marketing activities, overseeing budgets, sales forecasts, and performance reporting to ensure effective return on investment.
Qualifications
Hold a university degree with 2–4 years of experience in FMCG Key Account Management, including managing complex customer portfolios and operating in dynamic commercial environments, with strong English proficiency.
Demonstrate solid knowledge of end to end sales processes, close cross functional collaboration (Marketing, Finance, Logistics), and full ownership of customer P&L management to drive profitable growth.
Possess strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and change management skills, with the ability to work autonomously or within cross functional teams to achieve business objectives.
