Experteer Overview As Key Accounts Lead in Spain, you will steer the Retail team to nurture existing partnerships, win major new accounts, and drive growth aligned with our mission to fight food waste. You will manage a team of 3 Key Account Managers and 4 Key Partner Growth Managers, collaborating across Global Key Accounts, Marketing, and Independent Partners. You’ll shape strategy, forecasts, and store rollouts, delivering high-impact pitches and value propositions to senior stakeholders. - Lead the Key Account sector pipeline and team development
- Proactively secure meetings with senior decision-makers in large accounts
- Research new opportunities and map stakeholders and decision processes
- Create and deliver high-quality pitches and presentations
- Oversee portfolio health and growth of supermarket/key accounts
- Build planning and forecasting reports with performance projections

- Prominent brands experience in Supermarket/Retailer sector; deep understanding of Spain retail environment
- Strong sales/business development track record with senior stakeholders
- Excellent commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and track record of unlocking opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to craft unique value propositions
- Skilled negotiator and compelling presenter with strong communication
- Data analysis and MS Excel skills for performance reports and projections
- Proven team leadership and people-management experience
