The KS2 Coordinator plays a key middle leadership role, ensuring that teaching, learning, and assessment across Key Stage 2 remain consistently high in quality. This role involves delivering excellent classroom practice, providing strategic direction, supporting staff development, and leading on curriculum initiatives.
