In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving application issues in a production environment, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and resolve application issues in Production environmentsPerform troubleshooting and root cause analysisAnalyze application logs using tools such as Splunk or ELKInteract with APIs and databases to identify and fix issuesCollaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure timely issue resolutionMonitor application performance and proactively address potential problemsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong experience in application troubleshooting and production supportProficiency with log analysis tools such as Splunk or ELKExperience with API debugging and integrationsSolid knowledge of SQL and database interactionUnderstanding of microservices and distributed application xcskxlj environmentsBasic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plusPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in fast-paced, high-availability environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesIf you are passionate about solving complex technical issues and ensuring system reliability, we would love to hear from you.
