Experteer Overview In this role you drive the use of data and digital as strategic assets to enable actionable insights across Novartis. You will lead the design, build and deployment of LDC processes in line with architectural standards, collaborating with domain pillars and data teams. You’ll assess new technologies, ensure compliant, traceable, and scalable solutions, and guide data cleansing, migration and master data management. You will work cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions, enable standardized development, and support global and country activities through a continuous improvement mindset.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Accountable for LDC implementation/adoption based on business requirements and standards
- Collaborate with GPOs and LDC Pillars to rationalize complex implementation decisions
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements, are traceable, aligned with architecture, and compliant with regulatory controls
- Work with IT Experts and data/analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery with formal documentation and sign-off
- Oversee user acceptance testing and maintain quality standards
- Promote standardized design and development processes to reduce customization
- Ensure security/compliance policies are followed and support data cleansing, migration, and master data dictionary creation
- Simplify user profiles and manage global vs local profile mapping and cutover planning
- Support country discovery activities and collaborate with pillar teams and country reference groupsResponsabilidades
- University level degree
- 3+ years’ experience in country and global roles
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Digital savviness with data and technology impacts on Novartis
- Leadership skills with ability to influence across GPOs
- Problem solving and root cause identification abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to prioritize in a high-pressure environment
