The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the fintech industry, preferably cryptocurrency experienceResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of Business and Systems Analysts, ensuring their effective contribution to product and projects teamsOversee and support a team of Technical WritersOrganize the full cycle of Analyst capability management in the company: from identifying needs within product/project teams to running analyst skills development programsCoordinate and align processes within the Analytics Center of ExpertiseCollaborate with business analysts and cross‑functional teams to plan, design, and implement new products/projects as well as improvements to existing onesContinuously improve processes, methodologies, and tools used by the analyst functionEnhance and validate methods for producing high‑quality product and project documentationDevelop effective approaches for preparing and presenting requirements, business cases, and other analytical deliverablesContribute to the development of product and project documentation and related artefactsRequirements5+ years of experience as an Analyst2+ years of proven experience in leading and managing a teamStrong leadership and people management capabilitiesExcellent mathematical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, combined with creativityProficiency in verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skillsEffective logical and critical thinking abilitiesStrong prioritization skills, high attention to detail, and self‑motivationAbility to explain complex ideas in simple, clear, and user‑friendly languageSolid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and PDLC (Product Development Life Cycle)Hands‑on experience with business analysis tools and knowledge of process modelling notations (e.g., BPMN, UML, etc.)Fluent English, both spoken and writtenWhy should you choose CoinsPaid?To become a part of this solid team, passionate about their jobs and the crypto industry as a whole.
