Job OverviewThe Compositing Lead assists the Compositing Supervisor and/or VFX Supervisor and Producer to bid, schedule and execute the compositing production schedule. Day-to-day, they assign and delegate work to the team and monitor shot progress. Additionally, they maintain creative and technical requirements for final images of the Program(s) as required by the VFX Supervisor and the production schedule provided by the Production Company.Location & ContractLocation: 100% On-site in TenerifeContract: Fixed-term, Full-time employee contract (no freelance)Duration: From June 2026 to April 2027 approximatelyMain ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of compositors, assigning work and monitoring progressEnsure all shots meet the creative direction and quality standards set by the project's Creative Director and clientAttend client reviews and lead daily reviews with the compositing teamMaintain visual consistency across sequences and shotsDevelop creative solutions to enhance shots while supporting the storytellingEnsure the consistency of compositing is maintained across all shotsEnsure high quality by having a good eye for detail and cross‑checking renders are up to standardStay organized across multiple shots, versions, and render managementMaintain clean, well‑structured Nuke scripts and file organizationSupport the development and use of templates and workflowsCollaborate proactively with production, upstream departments, and pipeline teamsRequirementsA minimum of six years of compositing experienceProven experience as a compositing lead on CG‑heavy projects (animation, film, TV, or similar)Strong leadership and team management skillsExpert knowledge of NukeExperience creating gizmos and templated workflowsPython scripting is a plusSolid understanding of photography and camera principlesStrong artistic eye for composition, colour, lighting, and moodExcellent problem‑solving, organisational, and multitasking skillsAbility to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentStrong communication skills and fluent EnglishValid EU/Spanish work permit requiredAvailability to work on-site in Tenerife
