We're Hiring: Learning & Development Specialist (Hybrid Role - HQ) Driving Strategic Learning Initiatives Across EMEA Are you passionate about shaping impactful learning experiences and driving strategic development initiatives? Mission Lead and accelerate strategic learning initiatives that empower people, elevate capabilities, and support organizational growth. What You'll Do Facilitate meetings and alignment with internal stakeholders Lead training projects across multiple modalities (digital, blended, in‑person) Select and manage external learning providers Drive pedagogical design and learning innovation Coordinate training sessions and ensure flawless operational delivery Act with autonomy, initiative, and strong influencing skills Bring a hands‑on mindset when needed to make things happen This role is ideal for someone who thrives in L&D, enjoys building from strategy to execution, and loves creating meaningful learning experiences. Work Environment Hybrid role based at HQ (flexible remote work included) Occasional travel across EMEA subsidiaries to support corporate learning projects Profile description What You Bring Academic background in Psychology, Pedagogy, Education Sciences, or similar 6-8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development — ideally in corporate environments Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills Nice to Have Certifications in soft skills, Coaching, or other transversal development areas #J-18808-Ljbffr
