Manpower is partnering with an international investment fund that is looking to expand its Barcelona team with an M&A Analyst. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals who are detail‑oriented, analytical, and well‑structured, with a strong interest in the strategic and narrative aspects of investing. Key Responsibilities Support the M&A Associate in drafting and structuring investment memorandums, teasers, and other materials required throughout the investment process. Conduct research on companies, sectors, and markets to back investment rationales and strategic recommendations. Collaborate closely with the investment team to gather and consolidate all relevant information for each transaction. Maintain, review, and update investment documentation as deals progress through the pipeline. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services. Proven experience preparing and structuring investment materials. Full professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus. International exposure and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Outstanding attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a methodical working style.
