Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design and integration of machines, robots and technical systems for automated composite part manufacturing. You will work within the Machinery & Automation Team on Industry 4.0 solutions to keep the plant at the forefront of aeronautical technology. You will drive specifications, cost estimation, and change management, while supporting R&T and digitalization initiatives with cross‑functional and international partners. - Develop concepts for Machines/Robots and Technical Systems
- Define specifications/requirements for Machines and Technical Systems
- Prepare CapEx content and cost estimates for Machines/Robots
- Support procurement on technical aspects
- Plan and monitor project approvals, cash flow and engineering costs
- Support APTs and manage changes to machines/robots in the plant
- Ensure reliability of manufacturing cells with technical expertise
- Lead R&T topics aligned with Ai strategy and manage deliverables within budget
- Drive Industry 4.0 implementation and digitalization in Machines and Technical Systems
- Promote transnational alignment and best practices across plants
- Foster international collaboration and partnering within the teamResponsabilidades
- Mechanical and machines technical background
- Composite materials knowledge
- Project management experience (transversal and transnational)
- PLC programming will be a plus
- Artificial intelligence & data analytics basic skill will be appreciated
