Currently, we are looking for a skilled and energetic Maintenance Supervisor to join the band. Consequently, we need a technical leader who ensures our stage is always set perfectly. You will actively maintain the highest standards of safety and functionality across the hotel. Key Responsibilities First, you will supervise and motivate the maintenance team. You must ensure you cover all shifts and distribute tasks efficiently. Additionally, you will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance plans for hotel facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electricity, and swimming pools. Furthermore, you must resolve all technical issues promptly. This ensures you minimize any negative impact on the guest experience. Also, you will report directly to the Maintenance Manager regarding stock levels, incidents, and team performance. Finally, you must guarantee the team follows all health and safety regulations within the department. Requirements Regarding experience, we require a proven track record in a similar maintenance supervision role, preferably within the hotel or facilities management sector. Technically, you must possess strong knowledge of electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, and general building maintenance. In addition, we require proficiency in Spanish. However, we also highly value a good level of English. Above all, you must be proactive, a problem-solver, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
