Experteer Overview
In this role, you lead an engineering team responsible for an end-to-end domain within Lighthouse's product suite, delivering features that drive hotel revenue. You will shape roadmaps with cross-functional partners and own technical decisions from design to delivery. You guide a team through architectural choices, empower engineers, and contribute hands-on when needed. You’ll leverage AI to accelerate product ideation and set responsible practices for its use. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership position in a fast-growing hospitality tech company.

Responsabilidades
• Proven people leader with experience managing engineering teams
• Strong backend background with design/build of scalable APIs and services
• Ability to break down large architectural work into manageable tasks
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire teams
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize processes and product exploration
• Professional proficiency in Python with experience in Django or GoLang
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management
