Overview
In this role you drive manufacturing efficiency and standardization within Littelfuse’s industrial operations. You will conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and resource optimization to identify improvements. You’ll lead or join Kaizen events focused on waste reduction and process optimization, and implement cost-saving initiatives without sacrificing quality or safety. You’ll collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Planning to sustain continuous improvement and meet production needs. This position offers hands-on problem solving in a lean, cross-functional environment with a strong impact on production performance.
