Marketing Executive - Marketing | Gibraltar | On-site
As Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimising BVGroup’s display marketing campaigns across multiple brands and channels. You will combine a hands‑on campaign execution with ownership of performance optimisation, while supporting and guiding junior team members. You will leverage data, insights, and industry best practices to drive campaign efficiency, improve performance metrics such as CAC and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and optimising day‑to‑day display campaigns across programmatic, paid social, and in‑app channels, ensuring effective execution, continuous performance improvements.
Collaborating with internal teams such as Brand, Creative, and Data to ensure that display marketing campaigns are aligned with broader marketing initiatives.
Monitoring campaign performance on a daily basis, analysing data to identify trends, optimise performance, and deliver insights, using tools such as Google Analytics, DSPs, and other ad tech platforms.
Working with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, leading A/B testing initiatives to identify effective messaging and format and implementing insights to improve campaign performance while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Staying up to date with industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance through new tools and channels, and ensuring adherence to best practices while implementing innovative strategies.
Assisting with managing campaign budgets, monitoring spends against targets, making real‑time adjustments to optimising performance, and providing insights on effective budget allocation based on results and opportunities.
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on display advertising, programmatic buying, and paid social.
Proven ability to manage high‑budget campaigns across platforms such as Google Display Network, Facebook Ads, and DSPs (Demand‑Side Platforms).
Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to optimise campaign performance and improve key metrics such as ROI and CAC.
Proficiency in ad tech platforms, such as Google Analytics, DSPs, and other digital advertising tools.
Experience in A/B testing and performance‑based optimisation.
