Following the Axonics integration into Boston Scientific, the franchise is experiencing strong growth. To support continued expansion in the EMEA region the franchise is opening a new position.
Starting in June 2026 as a Marketing Graduate, you will step into an exciting early-career marketing role, reporting to an experienced senior strategic marketing lead with a passion for people development and nurturing your professional growth and broadening your skillset. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of markets in Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will support the sales and marketing team, learn core marketing skills, and gradually take ownership of small projects.
Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will gain insight into driving market share growth, engaging clinical and economic stakeholders, and managing a broad spectrum of projects with a direct impact on business performance and operational efficiency.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and promotions, including timelines and stakeholder alignment
Collaborate with internal teams (omni-channel, communications, sales, product) and external agencies or suppliers to deliver integrated marketing activities
Assist with internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency and contributing to an elevated customer experience
Track marketing-generated leads and opportunities, supporting reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis using tools such as Salesforce and Tableau
Manage marketing calendars, trackers, and administrative processes, including purchase orders and invoice processing
Provide day-to-day support to senior marketers and cross-functional teams, including events and trade shows
Ensure full compliance with Boston Scientific quality, regulatory, and patient safety standards across all marketing activities
What Are We Looking For In You:
Bachelor´s or master´s recent graduate in Marketing, Business Management, Biomedical Engineering or a related field (graduation 2024/2025).
Projects related to healthcare would be a plus.
Strong interest in medical devices and healthcare.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
English proficiency (C1), any other European language skills considered a plus.
Strong communication skills with a well‑organised, detail‑oriented approach.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop professionally.
Genuine interest in marketing, supported by basic digital and analytical skills.
