Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the marketing and user acquisition strategy for Tripledot’s Zephyr Mobile Studio and broader hit-game portfolio. You will shape growth initiatives, guide product innovation and monetisation approaches, and drive multi‑million-dollar budgets with a data‑driven mindset. You will lead a high‑performing UA team, collaborate across Product, Design and Analytics, and influence senior stakeholders to accelerate growth. - Own UA and organic growth strategies across multiple top-performing titles
- Manage and optimize several multi-million-dollar marketing budgets
- Use data to identify opportunities and inform experiments in UA, monetisation and product
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new genres; adopt innovative mechanics/tools
- Forecast and allocate marketing budgets; plan revenue to maximise growth and profitability
- Oversee analytics, BI, and adtech infrastructure for end-to-end data visibility
- Lead internal creative team to deliver high-quality ad content
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Analytics on high-impact initiatives
- Build partnerships with ad networks, stores, platforms, and external partnersResponsabilidades
- 7+ years in performance marketing, growth, or product marketing
- Proven leadership and ability to mentor teams
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with Product, UA, Creative, Analytics
- Track record of delivering measurable growth through bold experiments
- Strategic thinker with growth experience in mobile gaming or related fields
- Analytical mindset with strong decision-making and critical thinking
- Strong understanding of LTV modelling, mobile attribution, and performance data
- Ability to operate autonomously and influence senior stakeholders
