About Our ClientMultinational company located in Madrid.Job DescriptionStrategy and Platform DevelopmentDevelop an online marketplace that leverages the existing company network to sell new, complimentary products and services, and in doing so creates new revenues for the company.Project manage the end-to-end process of the marketplace (business plan, resources, development and go-to-market).Define the necessary resources, budget, and technical specifications to build the marketplace from scratch.Design the short, medium, and long-term product roadmap, prioritizing features that maximize value for the customer and the business.Act as "KEY USER" of the platform, ensuring that the marketplace strategy is supported by robust technical solutions while helping technology teams understand the business context.Direct and supervise the technical team responsible for developing a robust, secure, and scalable platform.User Experience and Business DevelopmentEnsure a first-class user experience that is smooth and intuitive, reducing friction from access to transaction, projecting an impeccable corporate image and creates value for the customer and the company.Develop a compliant customer data strategy.Identify, negotiate, and integrate strategic partners, building a catalog of valuable offerings that enrich our customers\' experience.Lead the complete partner acquisition cycle, from prospecting to agreement signing.Integration and Market LaunchEnsure seamless integration of services and products from partners with invisible transitions between offerings.Direct and coordinate the successful platform launch in collaboration with Marketing, Legal, Operations, and other departments.Develop and implement clear and effective incentive schemes to drive new customer acquisition.Analytics, Performance, and Continuous ImprovementBuild comprehensive dashboards to track all critical marketplace KPIs (acquisition, conversion, retention, profitability).Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvements in products and services.Present executive-level performance reports with strategic recommendations for decision-making.Establish competitor benchmarks to identify market gaps and strategic opportunities.Interdepartmental CollaborationFoster and lead cross-functional and fluid collaboration between teams, ensuring that the Marketplace strategy is aligned with global business objectives.Collaborate with sales/operations and brand teams to align marketplace strategies with overall business objectives.Coordinate with the finance department on forecasts, budgets, and profitability analysis.Liaise with legal and compliance teams regarding marketplace regulations and brand protection.The Successful ApplicantMinimum 5 years in E-commerce roles,product management or marketplace managementExperience in launching digital products or business units from scratchHigher education (university studies in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or similar).Complementary education to higher studies: postgraduate studies (Master\'s or MBA) in Digital Business, E-commerce or Project Management.Advanced English and knowledge of other languages is valued.Five years of experience in E-commerce roles, product management or marketplace management with at least demonstrable experience in launching digital products or business units from conception.Experience in managing profit and loss accounts.Demonstrated experience and success in growing sales and market share on major platforms.Technical-Functional Mastery of E-commerce.Experience with marketplace management tools and analytical platforms.Strategic and Analytical Vision: Ability to define a business plan from scratch and make data-driven decisions.Project Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage complex projects and align technical and non-technical teams.Innovation and continuous improvement from an entrepreneurial mindset.What\u2019s on OfferFinal offer will depend on the real experience demonstrated along the process.Opportunities for professional growth and development.
