You will translate complex science into actionable strategies, guide global engagements, and strengthen Let’s Health’s position as a trusted scientific and strategic advisor. /ppbr/ppYou will also play a critical role in bbusiness growth, and innovation /b working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to evolve our Medical Affairs offering. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/ppb1. Medical Affairs Strategy Design Planning /b /pulliCo-create and lead end-to-end Medical Affairs strategies aligned with brand, medical and functional plans /liliDevelop structured strategic frameworks and playbooks translating scientific and business priorities into execution. /liliAct as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional alignment. /li /ulpbr/ppb2. Insight Generation Strategic Integration /b /pulliLead structured insight generation ecosystems (e.g., Advisory Boards, expert interactions, digital tools), ensuring robust and continuous insight collection. /liliTranslate insights into clear strategic recommendations directly informing brand and medical decision-making. /li /ulpbr/ppb3. Evidence Translation Field Enablement /b /pulliTranslate clinical and real-world evidence into actionable scientific narratives, data packages, and field toolkits. /liliEnable in-field and global teams to deliver consistent, high-impact scientific engagement, bridging the gap between data and execution. /liliEnsure compliance with global regulatory standards (EFPIA and equivalents). /li /ulpbr/ppb4. KOL Engagement External Scientific Leadership /b /pulliBuild and manage a global KOL ecosystem, fostering long-term, high-value scientific relationships. /liliRepresent Let’s Health externally as senior scientific leader and trusted partner. /li /ulpbr/ppb5. Congress Scientific Events Strategy /b /pulliLead the strategic planning and execution of congresses, symposia, and scientific events, ensuring strong scientific positioning /liliEnsure effective post-event insight capture, competitive intelligence, and dissemination to maximize strategic impact. /li /ulpbr/ppb6. Scientific Education, Communication Content Excellence /b /pulliOversee the development of high-quality scientific content and communication across formats. /liliEnsure clarity, consistency, and compliance, while driving innovation in scientific communication. /li /ulpbr/ppb7.
