We recently raised$20M in Series A fundingto scale access to care.ContextAs Tucuvi scales acrosshealth systems, public administrations, and clinical teams , one factor becomes increasingly critical:clinical outcomes at scale.Healthcare organizations adopt AI not only because it works, but because theytrust the clinical governance and results behind it . They need to understand:How outcomes are measuredHow patient safety is ensuredHow escalation protocols workHow AI integrates into real clinical workflowsAnd most importantly, they need confidence that those principles areconsistent across deployments and defensible in front of clinical leadership.That’s why we’re looking for a Medical Director responsible for Clinical Strategy & Outcomes, toown Tucuvi’s clinical outcomes framework, external clinical credibility, and governance narrative as we scale.This role will ensure thatclinical outcomes, communications, and governance remain consistent, credible, and defensible across every customer deployment.It is ahigh-impact role at the intersection of clinical practice, AI, and health system transformation.If you’re aclinician with strong leadership experience , passionate aboutimproving care delivery through technology , and excited to help shape howAI is safely adopted in healthcare , we’d love to meet you.What You’ll DoYour mission will be toensure that Tucuvi’s clinical outcomes, safety principles, and governance model remain clear, consistent, and trusted as the company scales.You will work at the intersection ofclinical strategy, customer success, sales, and external thought leadership , ensuring that Tucuvi’s deployments consistently demonstratecredible, measurable clinical impact.This role combinesthree key dimensions:Outcomes ownership across all clientsExternal clinical credibility and thought leadershipClinical authority in complex commercial discussionsYou will work closely withSales, Customer Success, Product, and leadership , helping translate clinical outcomes and governance intoadoption, renewals, and long-term partnerships with health systems.What To Expect During Your First Months With UsFirst MonthYou’ll onboard into Tucuvi’s model, product capabilities, and existing deployments. You’ll review how outcomes are currently measured across customers and understand the clinical workflows where Tucuvi operates. You’ll also meet key customers and internal teams to understand how outcomes are currently used insales, renewals, and external communications.During this phase, you’ll begin shaping thefoundations of Tucuvi’s clinical outcomes framework.By the End of Month ThreeYou’ll define and implement aclear outcomes framework across customers , ensuring that outcomes are:Clinically meaningfulComparable across health systemsCredible in front of medical directors and public administrationsYou’ll also begin representing Tucuvi inclinical discussions with customers , supporting complex commercial cycles, renewals, and expansions. Externally, you’ll start shapinghow Tucuvi communicates clinical impact to the market , including publications, congress participation, and thought leadership.After 6-12 MonthsYou’ll be theclinical authority behind Tucuvi’s outcomes, governance, and safety narrative.Every deployment will follow aclear outcomes framework , and clinical communications will beconsistent, credible, and trusted by healthcare leaders.You will have helped establish Tucuvi as acredible voice in the safe implementation of AI in healthcare , strengthening bothcustomer relationships and market positioning.ResponsibilitiesDefining and owning Tucuvi’s clinical outcomes frameworkDefining which outcomes Tucuvi measures across deploymentsEstablishing standardized methodologies for calculating and reporting outcomesEnsuring outcomes are clinically meaningful and comparable across health systemsDesigning outcomes plans for every customer, from pilot through renewal and expansionUsing outcomes data to support renewals, expansions, and long-term partnershipsEnsuring clinical credibility in external communicationsReviewing and validating all clinical communications produced with or by customersSupporting congress abstracts, posters, and presentationsReviewing case studies and outcomes summariesEnsuring public narratives accurately reflect clinical realityContributing to thought leadership content and best-practice documentationRepresenting Tucuvi in clinical and healthcare leadership discussionsParticipating in round tables, panels, and expert discussionsEngaging with senior clinicians and health system leadersBuilding relationships with key clinical stakeholders across EuropeContributing to the broader conversation around safe AI adoption in healthcareSupporting complex sales cycles and renewalsActing as the clinical authority in complex commercial discussionsSupporting Sales and Customer teams during key moments such as:Enterprise dealsRenewalsExpansion discussionsLeading conversations around:AI reliability and safetyEscalation protocolsClinical governance and liabilityTranslating clinical governance and outcomes into buyer confidenceWith Whom You Will WorkYou’ll report directly toMaría, our CEO , and work closely with teams across the company.
