As part of our Medical Affairs team, you’ll foster internal and external collaboration to generate and disseminate evidence‑based clinical practices to help impact patient lives and advance the quality of care.The NextGen Medical Affairs Manager sits at the interface of Medical Affairs and Professional Education, driving the development and engagement of high‑potential rising stars and emerging KOLs in TAVI. Acting as a strategic connector across countries and functions, the NextGen Medical Affairs Manager builds sustainable expert pipelines, identifies future proctors, and shapes the future of interventional cardiology through structured engagement, feedback‑driven programs, and collaborative innovation.In a highly collaborative role, you will be at the interface of Medical Education, Medical Affairs and Countries to identify, create, map development and collaboration opportunities with Edwards, progressively engaging and training the new HCP generations. You will create a NextGen working group for ideation on the future of HealthCare in Interventional Cardiology, technology, research and training.A university degree and solid professional experience in Interventional Cardiology, including comprehensive knowledge of trans‑catheter procedures such as TAVI.Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage.Experience managing complex healthcare projects within a matrix organization; project‑management skills are an advantage. Solid scientific knowledge and critical understanding of cardiology literature. Ability to interact professionally and effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, as well as with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
