This team leads technical due diligence, monitoring and related advisory services across a wide range of building typologies, including commercial, mixed‑use, logistics and data centres, among others. /p pThe role requires a strong understanding of building construction, technical standards and regulatory compliance, as well as the ability to assess risks and provide clear, insightful recommendations to clients. /p h3You’ll Be Responsible For /h3 ul liConduct technical due diligence audits, including full building technical assessments, and support monitoring activities as required. /li liReview urban planning documentation, licenses and statutory permits related to the asset, ensuring regulatory compliance and assessing the useful life of building systems and components. /li liIdentify potential risks and constraints affecting acquisition or disposal processes and estimate future capex requirements for asset management. /li liProvide ongoing support and reporting to the client throughout the entire process. /li liCoordinate closely with client representatives, authorities (where applicable) and wider project teams. /li liCarry out site visits across different locations. /li liDevelop proposals for improvement, optimisation and risk mitigation. /li liManging integrated testing, commissioning and handover processes to operations teams. /li /ul h3You’ll Need To Have /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering (chartered status desirable). /li liOn‑site experience; experience in a technical office environment is an advantage. /li liStrong technical rigour and attention to detail. /li liTeam‑oriented mindset and collaborative approach. /li liAbility to deliver high‑quality outputs on time and in line with client expectations and internal quality standards. /li liSolid technical background across MEP disciplines. /li liIn‑depth knowledge of MEP procurement, installation, commissioning and handover processes. /li liStrong understanding of relevant codes, standards and authority approval processes. /li liExcellent stakeholder and interface management skills within multidisciplinary teams. /li liA collaborative, proactive leader aligned with Mace’s safety first and values led culture. /li liExperience in data centres. /li liCommitment to adopting the Mace Way and core values. /li liAvailability to travel (primarily national, with some potential international travel). /li liAdvanced Spanish and English skills, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Our values /h3 h3Safety first - Going home safe and well /h3 pWe champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment, understanding the importance of wellbeing in every team. /p h3Client focus - Deliver on our promise /h3 pWe own the quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and build long term relationships with our clients. /p h3Integrity - Always do the right thing /h3 pWe influence positive outcomes within our industry, while always aligning with our compliance obligations. /p h3Create opportunity - For our people to excel /h3 pWe champion a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities, inspiring our people and teams to develop. /p pMace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
