This role acts as a strategic business partner and member of the regional leadership team, providing expert legal guidance to support business growth while ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and strong corporate governance. The position plays a key role in aligning legal strategy with business objectives and collaborating closely with global and regional stakeholders.Main Responsibilities:Provide strategic legal advice across the Region, with strong focus on compliance and risk management.Oversee all legal, regulatory, and governance matters, including commercial, corporate, and operational topics.Identify and mitigate legal risks, including litigation and regulatory exposure.Manage external legal counsel and ensure efficient use of resources.Collaborate with global Legal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.Lead and develop the regional legal team, including talent development and succession planning.Support business initiatives across areas such as contracts, regulatory law, IP, marketing, and product liability.Keep senior leadership informed on key legal and regulatory developments.Execute special projects requested by global leadership.Who are we looking forLaw degree with outstanding academic credentials; LL.M. is a plus.10–15 years of legal experience in law firms and/or in-house roles.Strong expertise in compliance and corporate legal matters; FMCG experience is a plus.Proven business acumen, leadership, and ability to operate in complex, matrix organizations.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex legal matters into business language.Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.Results-driven, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities under pressure. xcskxlj Fluent in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
