This position covers areas such as messaging, collaboration, compliance, and automation, ensuring the highest standards of performance, governance, and data protection. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and maintain all aspects of the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot, and related services. /li liConfigure and administer tenant settings, licensing, and compliance frameworks. /li liDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including High‑Level and Low‑Level Design documents, configuration specifications, and standard operating procedures. /li liProvide 3rd/4th level technical support, ensuring proper knowledge transfer to L2 operations teams. /li liCollaborate with vendors and internal IT stakeholders for complex incident resolution. /li liEnsure adherence to internal governance, security, and data protection standards. /li liSupport hybrid deployments, migrations, and integrations between on‑premises and cloud systems. /li liIntegrate Microsoft 365 with third‑party and legacy applications efficiently and securely. /li liMonitor service health, performance, and usage metrics using Microsoft and third‑party tools. /li /ul h3Required Expertise /h3 ul li5+ years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft 365 engineering and administration within large enterprises. /li liProven expertise in Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. /li liStrong knowledge of Azure AD Connect, Entra ID, and hybrid identity management. /li liSolid understanding of M365 licensing models, governance, and app integration. /li liProficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management. /li liExperience with Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Security Compliance Center (preferred). /li liExperience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). /li liStrong understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, and network security principles. /li liBackground in hybrid deployment, migration strategies, and enterprise‑level support. /li liExcellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. /li liFluent in English (written and spoken). /li /ul h3About TechDelivery /h3 pTechDelivery is a leading IT consulting and staff augmentation firm, connecting top LATAM and EU technology talent with international clients. /p pWe specialize in Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, and AI, delivering high‑impact teams that accelerate digital transformation for global organizations in sectors such as insurance, finance, retail, and healthcare. /p p© 2025 TechDelivery Group.
