Job Category: Supply Chain Job Family: ProcurementJob Description:El Especialista en Compras de Leche es un profesional consolidado responsable de ejecutar las actividades de adquisición de leche para garantizar un suministro fiable, de alta calidad y rentable de leche cruda. Este puesto gestiona de forma autónoma las relaciones con los proveedores, las actividades de compra y el análisis del mercado dentro de un ámbito definido, colaborando al mismo tiempo de manera transversal para satisfacer los requisitos de producción y calidad.Funciones a realizarProgramar las compras en relación con la producciónMensualmente mandar las declaraciones de la compra de leche al Ministerio de Agricultura y al FEGA.Realización del plan de trazabilidad de lecheCompra de leche en polvo, asegurando el stock y la calidad.Gestión de documentación (albaranes , facturas y hojas de rutas)Realización de liquidaciones mensuales para pagos de leche en función de la calidad de la lecheRelación con proveedores, ganaderos y transportistas.Administrar y organizar el presupuesto para patrocinios de Schreiber.Gestión de los residuos orgánicos producidos por empujes de líneas de envasado, permeado y producto no conforme.
