In this role you will lead and mentor the Mixed-Signal Design team, shaping the development framework for complex digital and mixed-signal ICs. You will coordinate multiple projects, recruit and train designers, and ensure successful analog/mixed-signal verification and validation across products such as power management and sensors. You’ll collaborate with adjacent design and verification teams to optimize architectures and deliver high-quality silicon. This position offers impact across notebooks, mobile devices, and automotive markets in a fast-growing semiconductor company.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Lead, supervise, and mentor the Mixed-Signal Design Team• Oversee multiple projects to meet quality metrics, deliverables, and schedules• Contribute to recruitment of Mixed-Signal Design talent• Perform analog and mixed-signal design, verification, and validation• Define and document analog-digital interfaces; develop behavioral models• Develop analog/mixed-signal IPs; integrate and verify them• Conduct simulations and debugging (analog, mixed-signal)• Assist Digital Design Team with timing, IO, and DFT constraints• Provide post-silicon validation and characterization support• Collaborate with Analog, Digital, Layout, and Verification teamsResponsabilidades• BSEE with 12+ years or MSEE with 8+ years in ASIC mixed-signal design• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally• Strong leadership to manage multiple projects and a small team• Solid knowledge of full ASIC development and silicon fabrication process• Strong background in transistor-level and analog/mixed circuit design• Understanding of device mismatches, noise, linearity and analog effects• Knowledge of layout design and best practices• Experience with simulation tools such as Spectre, HSPICE, xcskxlj or equivalents• Proficiency with Cadence ADE-L and ADE-XL• Experience with Monte-Carlo, noise simulations, and stability analysis• Experience with DRC/LVS using Calibre, ICV, etc.• Experience with Verilog-AMS for mixed-mode behavioral modeling• Knowledge of DFT techniques (SCAN, LBIST, ABIST, IDDQ)• Knowledge of STA and mixed-signal timing/IO constraints for Syn and P&R• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong teamwork• Nice-to-have: Automotive/ASIL standards knowledge; power-management applications; I2C/I3C/SPI/USB/PMBUS; GitLab and Cliosoft SOSRequisitos principales•
