Responsibilities Oversee and manage data collection and completion for General and Wording Capabilities data across different products for the global network of 200+ territories. Drive and organize data collection planning, tracking, and escalation, ensuring an audit trail on data updates. Proactively foster collaboration and clear communication with stakeholders across countries and central functions. Maintain ongoing engagement with the countries, underwriting and project teams to finalize technical content, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement in multinational data management processes. Contribute to the launch of new propositions by establishing a reference system that reflects updated global wording, ensuring alignment with stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions. Maintain internal guidelines and standard operating procedures updated to reflect data management processes, ensuring the team’s operations align with the latest standards and best practices. Actively support transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to drive improvements to elevate performance and service quality. What Makes You a Great Fit Expertise in multinational insurance operations with a thorough understanding of global insurance programs and customer needs. Strong ability to manage, refine, and ensure the accuracy of complex data sets. Meticulous approach to data management, ensuring compliance with standards. Capable of synthesizing information from varied sources, identifying patterns, and understanding interdependencies across functions. Excellent problem-solving skills, including breaking down complex problems, interpreting data, and providing actionable insights. Team player with outstanding communication and collaboration abilities across international and cross-functional teams.
