Ensure timely and accurate communication with all internal stakeholders regarding policy matters.Prepare policy wording documents for sophisticated customer needs in Financial Lines, Property, Corporate Accident and Business Travel products.Maintain Multinational data in core global systems, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible.Maintain internal guidelines updated to reflect process and policy changes, ensuring the team’s operations align with the latest standards and best practices.Actively support transformation initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations to drive improvements that elevate service quality.What Makes You a Great Fit? While we’re not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you’ll be a fantastic fit for our team. We are waiting for you!Strong business support and/or operations capabilities with more than 2 years of experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).Clear and confident communication in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.Team player with a collaborative attitude and adaptability to change.Fast learner with strong organizational and prioritization skills.Strong cultural awareness and ability to work effectively across diverse teams and geographies.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED (equivalent).Educational background in administration, international trade, or international relations preferred; other degrees are welcome.Experience in customer service is an advantage.Familiarity with corporate or international insurance is a plus.Power BI and data management expertise is desirable.And… What Makes Us Special?
