We are looking for a Level 3 Technical Support Engineer to join a confidential international company based in Madrid. You will play a key role in diagnosing and resolving complex incidents, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring service quality across critical systems. Location: Anywhere in Spain Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working. What You'll Do: Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in environments using .NET C# and SQL Server Develop temporary solutions through SQL queries, ensuring compliance with established SLAs Analyze performance issues in C# and SQL Server proactively Collaborate with the development team in Brazil, sharing production incident analysis Requirements: Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent training Strong knowledge of .NET C# and SQL Server Experience in incident resolution and performance analysis Strong understanding of secure coding practices and common vulnerabilities, including the OWASP Top 10. Experience conducting or participating in security-focused code reviews, with attention to input validation, authentication, and data protection. Familiarity with integrating automated security tools (e.g., SAST, dependency scanning) into the development workflow or CI/CD pipelines.
