We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks : Handle escalation from L1.5 team. Performing Network configuration changes and Service requests by following strict Customer change management process Perform Incident troubleshooting & management by working with OEM providers to fix the issue Proactive recommendations & Scripting for network task automation Azure Network services Work with application owners for bandwidth requirements of their applications while new link commission Coordinate with local ISP for new internet and WAN links deployments Perform iOS upgrades and downgrades on switches, routers and WLAN devices Provide full support for the resolution of MIM and provide RCAs for major failures (Problem Management) Administration of Cisco ACI and enabling the new feature sets Work with OEM vendors of software patches, Tech refresh approach and Tech refresh implementation
