We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and talented Network Admin to perform the following tasks: Responsibilities Handle escalation from L1.5 team. Perform network configuration changes and service requests following strict customer change management process. Perform incident troubleshooting and management, working with OEM providers to fix issues. Proactive recommendations and scripting for network task automation (Azure Network services). Work with application owners for bandwidth requirements while commissioning new links. Coordinate with local ISP for new internet and WAN link deployments. Perform iOS upgrades and downgrades on switches, routers and WLAN devices. Provide full support for resolution of MIM and produce RCAs for major failures (Problem Management). Administration of Cisco ACI and enabling new feature sets. Work with OEM vendors for software patches, tech refresh approach and implementation. Troubleshoot connectivity issues. Conduct daily health check reports and troubleshoot alarms/issues. Manage network design documents and update them frequently. Configure network devices per ServiceNow requests. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Expert knowledge in networking services: wireless, routing, switching, firewalls (Fortinet), load balancer (F5), Cisco ISE. Experience managing Cisco wireless networks. Work Environment & Schedule Workplace: Hybrid (3 days from office). Work Schedule: 12×5 service 07:00‑19:00 on shift (07:00 to 15:00, 08:00 to 17:00, 09:00 to 18:00 or 10:00 to 19:00) + Oncall (19:00 to 07:00 and weekends and public holidays).
