OverviewWe're looking for a Network Control Center Supervisor on behalf of one of our major clients in Valencia, Spain. The NCC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing shift-based operations within the Network Control Center, ensuring smooth service delivery, effective incident handling, and adherence to established processes. The role acts as a key escalation point, supports team development, and ensures operational continuity, including assuming managerial responsibilities when required.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate shift-based staffing schedules to ensure continuous service coverageAct as operator or shift lead when requiredServe as an escalation point for complex or high-impact incidents and difficult operational decisionsIdentify knowledge gaps within the team and coordinate training or support with Tier 2 teamsContribute to the development and maintenance of operational procedures and documentationParticipate in SISMS internal and external audit sessionsRepresent the NCC in meetings when requiredLiaise with SGITT senior management and participate in service review meetings when neededEnsure adherence to operational processes and service management best practicesAssume NCC Manager responsibilities during periods of absenceRequired QualificationsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT operations, NOC/NCC, or service managementOne of the following certifications:ITIL v3 (minimum 12 credits towards ITIL Expert), ORAt least two ITIL 4 certifications (Specialist or Strategist level)Minimum B2 level English proficiency (certified)Experience working in shift-based environmentsPreferred SkillsExperience in incident and escalation managementFamiliarity with audit processes and compliance frameworksStrong organizational and coordination skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure in a 24/7 environmentWe are committed to promoting Inclusion & Diversity by creating a working environment where all employees are treated with dignity and respect and where individual differences are valued.
