Experteer Overview
As New Business Director, you lead CA Sports’ commercial growth by sourcing, shaping, and closing opportunities with brands, rights holders, and partners. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle and align client needs with agency solutions, reporting to the CEO and contributing to the Executive Committee. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and sales, shaping the agency’s expansion with senior-level engagements. You will work closely with the Strategy u0026amp; New Business Proposals lead to translate insights into compelling propositions.

• Generate and qualify new opportunities across brands, rights holders, institutions and sports properties
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of commercial opportunities
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Directors, CEOs, GMs)
• Identify strategic growth opportunities for the agency
• Create and execute action plans to achieve ambitious new business objectives
• Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to contract signature
• Conduct commercial meetings, presentations and negotiations
• Drive conversion of opportunities into long-term client relationships

• Coordinate proposal development and ensure client needs are translated into agency solutions
• Facilitate collaboration across strategy, consulting, creative and specialist teams
• Represent CA Sports at industry events and maintain a strong ecosystem presence
• Identify emerging commercial opportunities and industry trends
• Act as a senior ambassador within the sports, marketing and business communities
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in sports marketing, sponsorship, media, events, consulting or agency environments
• Proven track record of generating significant new business revenue
• Experience managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the sports industry ecosystem
• Experience working with senior decision-makers and C-Level executives
• Extensive network of senior marketing and business decision-makers
• Ability to access and influence key stakeholders across brands, agencies, sports properties and institutions
• Existing portfolio of relationships capable of generating opportunities from day one
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
• Strategic mindset with strong commercial execution
• Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills
• High level of autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong business acumen and results-oriented mentality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish; bilingual in meetings, negotiations and presentations at executive level
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally
