Area: New Business Seniority level: Mid–Senior level professional with strong autonomy and accountability, reporting to the CEO. About the position: La Machi is looking for a New Projects & Client Success Associate to support the CEO in the execution, follow-up, and operationalization of new projects and commercial opportunities. This role is not a traditional sales position. The Associate will work closely with the CEO after commercial meetings take place, ensuring that conversations are transformed into concrete proposals, well-structured processes, and activated projects. It includes taking ownership of applying the new business strategy, sales operations tasks, client follow-up, proposal preparation, CRM management, and process optimization, contributing to the sustainable growth of La Machi and its mission to help good causes communicate better. Responsibilities: Sales Operations & Process Optimization: Manage, optimize, and maintain the CRM, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and usability; Optimize sales-related processes and documents; Configure and manage automation workflows to streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency; Document technical processes, configurations, and best practices to support scalability and internal knowledge sharing. Client Success & Follow-up: Prepare, send, and follow up proposals based on existing templates after commercial meetings, now led by the CEO; Coordinate communications with prospective and existing clients to ensure clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism; Participate in client meetings and calls when required, representing La Machi in a consistent and aligned manner. New Projects Support: Support the operationalization of new services and projects defined by management; Assist in preparing presentations, documentation, and sales guides for new offerings including tenders and grants; Coordinate internal inputs from different managers to consolidate proposals and project documentation. Events, Fairs & Networking Support. Reporting & Coordination: Prepare basic reports on follow-ups, proposals sent, and project status. Candidate profile: Location: Barcelona, Spain (on-site). Dedication: Full-time. Experience/skills: 2–4 years of experience in client-facing, sales support, business operations, or project coordination roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to execute tasks autonomously once objectives are defined. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with CRM systems and sales processes. Comfort working and optimizing with templates, structured processes, and documentation. Passion for communication oriented towards social causes and shared values. Passion for the little things. Perseverance in the little things, for Love, is heroism. Honesty, transparency, and hard work. Education, tools & knowledge: University degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Management, or related fields. Excellent command of Google Workspace (GDocs, GSheets, GSlides), AI. CRM tools (HubSpot or similar). Familiarity with AI and process automation tools will be valued. Inbound sales framing Languages: Spanish. Excellent level of English (exclusive). Italian or French will be well-valued. What this role is not: it is not a pipeline ownership or full sales role. It is not responsible for defining commercial strategy independently. It is not a commission-based sales position.
