About the role
We are looking for a professional to provide support to the NPI (New Product Introduction) department, focusing on the successful launch of new projects. In this role, you will work closely with the NPI Project Managers throughout the end‑to‑end process of introducing new products, collaborating with both internal factory teams and external commercial (marketing).
Your contribution will be key to ensuring smooth coordination, project follow‑up, and the timely delivery of product launches.
Your responsibilities
Create FCN/PCT (Factory Catalogue Number) for new SKU's
Request new packaging component codes
Create and update SKU information to factory team
Active participaton in the SKU set-up meeting with Factory team to drive the process.
Support to analyse and manage SKU and material master data in ERP system (active/slow-moving/obsolete)
Coordinate PO creation and cost acceptance of artwork costs with Marketing and pack suppliers
Performing cyclical analyzes based on data from the ERP system, e.g. PO analysis, Raw Material Stock Analysis, MRP calculation, …
Supporting the New Product Implementation and Planning departments in implementing new projects through, among others: preparation of product definitions, preparation of system settings, verification of available information.
The experience we're looking for
University degree (Bachelor) or Higher Vocational Training in Business Administration or related field.
Intermediate /advanced level of English (B2-C1)
Good command of the Microsoft Office suite
Desirable knowledge of Power BI and ERP systems
