Job Requirements Strategic Planning and Partnership Management : Develop long - term strategic plans and annual work plans for the company's ICT product OEM business to ensure alignment with the company's overall development strategy. Production Management and Quality Control : Organize and coordinate the production plans of OEM manufacturers to ensure that products are delivered on time, with high quality and in the required quantity. Cost Management and Risk Management : Conduct cost accounting and analysis for the OEM business, formulate cost - control strategies, and reduce production and operating costs by optimizing the supply chain, negotiating purchase prices, etc. Team Management and Cross - departmental Collaboration : Build and manage the OEM business team. Recruit, train, appraise performance, and motivate team members to improve the overall quality and business capabilities of the team. Qualifications A full - time undergraduate degree or above, preferably in ICT - related majors such as electronic engineering, communication engineering, computer science, etc. With over 8 years of working experience in the ICT industry, including more than 5 years of OEM business management experience. Those with work experience in well - known ICT companies or large Taiwanese OEM manufacturers are preferred. Those with a European permanent residence permit or work visa are preferred.
