About us： Chery Spain R&D Center is Chery Automobile’s regional R&D Center in Europe and a key part of its global strategy. The center focuses on European adaptation and validation, plant technical support, localized component development, quality issue analysis, connected vehicle operations, and FL vehicle development, while continuously strengthening its capabilities in product definition, validation, technical coordination, and project support. With the capability to independently develop large FL models for global markets, it plays a vital role in Chery’s global R&D network and is committed to delivering competitive solutions for both European and international markets. Position Description This role serves as a comprehensive administrative and operational support position at the institutional level. The incumbent will assist senior management in daily operations, with a focus on cross-department coordination, task tracking, progress monitoring, and performance management follow-up. By consolidating information and conducting basic data analysis, the role helps enhance organizational efficiency and ensures effective execution of key initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to senior management, including schedule coordination and reminders. Facilitate communication and coordination across departments to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives. Track and monitor departmental tasks and deliverables; regularly compile, summarize, and report progress. Follow up on the implementation of performance management systems; collect, organize, and analyze relevant data. Support reception of visitors and maintain external communication and relationships. Gather and organize information to support management decision-making. Ensure proper documentation, filing, and confidentiality of office records and materials. Undertake other ad hoc tasks assigned by senior management. Requirements Fluency in Chinese, Spanish, and English is required Bachelor’s degree or above in Administration, Public Administration, or related fields preferred. At least 2 years of experience in administrative or assistant roles; experience supporting senior management is a plus. Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills. Detail-oriented, highly responsible, with strong data organization and analytical abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). High level of professionalism and strong sense of confidentiality.Good English communication skills are required.
